From Hwy. 104 in Liberty, Illinois, go Southeast approximately 8 miles. Turn South on County Blacktop 14 and go approximately 3 miles to the farm which lies on the East side of the road.

Method Terms

The land auction will be held at the Quincy Regional Airport (Baldwin Field) meeting room, located along Hwy. 104 East of Quincy, Illinois.

Both tracts will sell on a price per acre basis, based on the above advertised acres. Both tracts will be sold individually, and not combined.


Ten percent (10%) down payment due sale day upon signing of the purchase agreement. The balance due within 30 days (on or before Monday, November 7, 2011). Title insurance in the full amount of the purchase price will be provided. The 2011 real estate taxes which are due and payable in 2012 will be paid by the seller. Full possession will be given at the time of closing subject only to the current 2011 farm tenancy. There are no hunting leases associated with either property.
