In business since 1994, our goal is to provide the most reliable and professional yacht delivery services, as well as stimulating and enjoyable personalized sailing and motor-yacht instruction. Our captains, Jeremy Hopkins, Gary Hutson and Bill England, are highly experienced delivery captains and boating instructors. Captain Bill and Captain Gary hold USCG 50-ton Near Coastal licenses and Captain Jeremy holds a USCG 100-ton Near Coastal license. All are American Sailing Association certified Coastal Cruising Instructors. November 2013

Last year was yet another busy year for us. We completed a total of 18 sailboat and motor-yacht deliveries; five in the Chesapeake Bay, ten on the U.S. East Coast between Maine and Florida, one on the mid-Western rivers inland waterways from St. Louis, MO to Fairhope, AL, one on the ICW and one from southern Maryland to Marsh Harbour in the Abacos, for a total of 7,400 nautical miles. Details and photos of each delivery passage are shown on our Yacht Delivery page. It is tremendously gratifying to have been so busy and we greatly appreciate the confidence placed in us, and the support of so many private boat-owners, yacht dealers, and brokers.

We were also busy again last season with instruction customers and I thoroughly enjoyed working with the charterers of an Albin 36 Express trawler as well as the new owners of; a Ranger 22, a C/S 37, a Beneteau 38, a Mainship 40 trawler, a Catalina 42, a Valiant 42, a Nordic Tug 42, a Gozzard 44 and a Hunter 45. We have been delighted with the very encouraging feedback from all of these customers regarding their new-found skills and competence. We are looking forward to meeting and working with many new customers next year, as well as our current customers who are now sailing better, more confidently, getting more enjoyment from their boating — and simply having more fun. And if it isn’t fun and enjoyable, then why do it!?

We were off to a great start to this season with a 3-day trawler training and instruction course in late March. I had to remove several inches of snow from the decks and flybridge of our Albin 36 Express Trawler instruction boat the very day prior to the arrival of our customers — another first! Since then, other instruction customers have included the new owners of; a SeaRay 30 (mainly for help with docking close-quarters maneuvering — always a big one!), a Cruisers Express 320 (the same!!), a Cruisers Express 330 (more of the same. ), a Nordic Tug 42, two Bayliner 4788s (count ‘em — 2!) a classic Jefferson 46 Sundeck, a DeFever 53 pilothouse trawler and three couples took separate 3-day personalized trawler training courses on our Albin 36 Express Trawler. Sailing instruction customers so far this season include the new owners of a classic Albin Vega, a new Hansa 385 (as well as the delivery from Annapolis to the vessel’s new home in Rock Hall, MD), a new Beneteau Oceanis 42 and a Hunter 44.

Deliveries so far this year include a SeaRay 30 from Middle River to Herring Bay, a C + C 99 from Annapolis to Jersey City NJ, a Camano Troll 31 trawler from Edenton, NC to Annapolis, a Hunter 340 from Deale MD to Harpswell ME, a DeFever 34 Passagemaker trawler from Cambridge MD to Elizabeth City NC, a Gemini M105c from Kent Island MD to Baltimore MD, an Island Packet 37 from Manasquan NJ to Rock Hall MD for a repeat customer, a Pacific Seacraft 37 from Atlantic Highlands, NJ to Annapolis and the return passage back to Atlantic Highlands for another repeat customer, a new Jeanneau 379 from Annapolis to Oriental NC, a Hunter 380 from Solomons Island MD to Mystic CT, a Beneteau 39 from Baltimore MD to Stonington CT, a Panda 40 from Norfolk VA to Freeport ME, a Caliber 40 from Ft Lauderdale FL to Noank CT, a Morgan 41 from Oriental NC to Annapolis, a Hunter 42 from Tilghman Island, MD to Annapolis, a Beneteau Oceanis 46 from Larchmont NY to Annapolis MD, a classic Jefferson 46 Sundeck from Bayville NJ to Galesville MD, a Bayliner 4788 from Deltaville VA to Chesapeake VA, another Bayliner 4788 from Boston MA to Baltimore MD, a Shannon 52 from Annapolis to Stuart FL, a DeFever 53 pilothouse trawler from Baltimore MD to Kent Island MD and an Island Packet 544 from Annapolis to Oriental, NC.

With three experienced USCG licensed captains available we can confidently offer enhanced delivery or instruction services without compromising in any way our hard-earned and well-established reputation for responsibility, reliability and integrity. We welcome all inquiries for deliveries, owner-assisted passages or instruction, either power or sail. Please call or e-mail for any additional information you require.
