A very good balance among performance, styling and interior fittings, with futuristic solutions on deck, and state-of-the-art technology applied both to the hull and systems: the Azimut 50 comprises all this, and much more. Any of the comments in our note-book? First of all, raging seas, strong winds and a short and powerful swell: the Azimut 50 did not suffer the hostile weather conditions and presented us with strong feelings and an outstanding performance. The Azimut 50 is a fast and stable yacht, where excellent speed and accelerations are combined with perfect manoeuvrability (and it is no surprise since electronics made its way into the engine box: Micro Commanders are extraordinarily precise and reliable).

On deck, several features are worthy of mention: the space, the full teak coverage, the particular care and attention both to details and hardware, a styling that aims to be ever innovative without compromising rationality and functionality (let us mention the lateral windows, the windshield on the flying bridge. ). The interior of the Azimut 50 clearly demonstrates how a yacht can be elegant, yet without fussiness: sobriety associated to aesthetics, with a saloon that speaks for itself in these pictures, a spacious and elegant dinette, an inviting American-style galley, the steering position complete with all instruments required on board, and more, and conveying a clear impression of consistency and reliability; standard equipment, both electronic and not-electronic, is excellent and complete. Cabins really are designed both with space and efficiency in mind, particularly as the AZ50 is just a 50-footer; the corridor is a very interesting solution, even more so as it is necessary to the comfort in the cabins it leads to. The owner’s heads is divided into two units; and the guest cabins, comfortable and with generous volumes, each with twin sea berths, also feature two over-size, comfortable and spacious heads.

The AZ50 certainly is a luxurious yacht, but is especially the expression of the modern, elegant and technological way of conceiving and selling, both in Italy and abroad, our conception of recreational yachting.
